Do I have to pay a deposit to book an appointment?

Yes, all appointments require a deposit. You can reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of when it is meant to be. If you reschedule in this time frame your deposit will be carried over to your next appointment. No shows and appointments not being rescheduled in the 48 hour window will loose their deposit. Please note that if you no show you will not be able to book back in.


Can I bring my friends and children?

We ask that no children and strictly no pets are brought to your appointment, due to the nature of the business. You can bring one person only to your appointment.


Do Aesthetic treatments hurt? I’m nervous!

It is so important that your treatment is as comfortable and as pain free as possible. Numbing cream is always applied to the area and the products used contain lidocaine. Georgia has dealt with lots of nervous clients before and always puts them at ease, she will hold your hand and talk you through each step so you can have the most enjoyable treatment. Plus once you see your results you will forget if you even felt a thing!


I’m not sure what treatment to have? What shall I book in for?

If you are unsure what treatment you would like to have, book in for a consultation to discuss everything you need to know and get a professional opinion of what will be best for you. Sometimes you don’t need what you think you want. Everyone is individual and just because your friend has a certain amount for their treatment that doesn’t mean that you should have or need the same.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

You can book your appointment up to 3 months in advance, late nights run on a Wednesday and Thursday evening and the studio is also open on Saturdays. Please note that our evening and weekend appointments go fast so please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Do I have to come for a health check even if I’ve had wrinkle relaxers somewhere before?

Yes, all new clients must have a health check with our medical prescriber. This is to ensure this treatment is suitable for you.
